In near perfect conditions on Friday, Kennedy looked to be on from the start easily clearing 4.40, 4.50 and 4.60 metres before turning her attention to the Olympic qualifying height of 4.70m

After a narrow miss on the first jump Kennedy lined up again for a second attempt to breeze over the bar and book herself a ticket to Tokyo.
