Today at the Birmingham Games – August 1

WAIS supported athletes added another two medals on day three of the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. Matt Richardson claimed gold in the sprint to write his name in to the history books a Commonwealth Games sprint and team sprint champion. Luke Zaccaria piloted Australia to bronze in the men’s tandem sprint.

Coming up today there is more swimming action, the final day of track cycling, the finals start in basketball, plus hockey, netball, boxing and beach volleyball.
