Para athletics stars Madison de Rozario and Sarah Edmiston added to the WA medals on Thursday. De Rozario completed the double double adding the 1500m gold to her Marathon success, repeating her performance from four years ago. Edmiston is now a Paralympic, World and Commonwealth Games Champion after snaring silver in the discus. Ben Wright finished fourth in para powerlifting and Nikita Hains was eighth in the 10m platform.

The Hockeyroos face India in the semifinals and Paul Burnett, Ying Xiang Lin and Kristina Krstic continue their medal hunt.
