Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Team Make Winning Start

Western Australian wheelchair basketball athletes Cobi Crispin and Clare Burzynski have helped Australia to a 59-30 win over Great Britain in their opening 2008 Beijing Paralympic clash.

The Australians were never threatened by Great Britain and will now look ahead to their second pool match against Brazil which will be played on Monday 8 September, from the National Indoor Stadium in Beijing.
