Although we lost by three goals this actually wasn't a bad game by us. Probably our first real game where the attack was working well as a team rather than individuals. The game was a much lighter refereed game then what we usually play in the Hungarian league and I think Jadren was just much quicker to adapt to this and they generally out played us. Allowing them to score 13 goals made it pretty hard if not impossible for us to win. So the one real fault of our game would have to be the defence, we let them score too many extra man goals. But minus their extra man goals for an away game everything else was pretty positive. If we had played like this against Vasas and Eger at home we probably would have won.

Szeged vs Pecs won 13-8 4,12,2010

It was about a 3.30-4 hour bus ride to get to this game and from this we pretty much got off and played straight away, so in the pool the team did look a little lethargic although Pecs is not too bad of a team so 13-8 is a rather good result for us. After getting off to a slow start it took us until late in the second quarter to get in the lead and from there on it was relatively smooth sailing. 13 goals was good but the main bad point I saw from the game was a fair few missed opportunities and also a fair few bad passes to open opportunities against us. Most likely due to us being a bit to relaxed about the game, but overall it was a good result.
