Robertson's Olympic Dream Dented

WAIS triathlete Peter Robertson has finished 41st at the 2008 Mooloolaba BG Triathlon World Cup event over the weekend, seriously effecting his prospects of representing Australia at this year's Beijing Games.

Robertson finished in a time of 1:53.13h well behind eventual winner Javier Gomez of Portugal, who clocked in a time of 1:49.50h. Robertson who competed at the 2004 Athens Games (finishing 24th) is now a long shot to advance to a second successive Olympics.
