Go for 2&5® are teaming up with WAIS again
this year to promote physical activity and healthy eating.

Kindergarten to Year 3 competition
At WAIS, athletes need to be fit and eat healthy foods to do their best. Kids – show them how!
Task: Design a poster or piece of art no larger than A3 that demonstrates how to have a healthy lifestyle, especially being physically active and eating lots of fruit and veg.
Years 4 to 7
WAIS athletes are always looking for tasty, healthy recipes packed full of vegetables to help them perform at their peak. Vegetables are very important to provide athletes with energy and vitamins to help their bones and muscles.
Task: Students send in a healthy vegetable recipe that they have tried that would be fit for an athlete. Get creative with carrots, tasty with turnips, or cook up some cauliflower! Students can also include a short paragraph on why vegetables are important and why their recipe is so great!
